Central High School’s Forensics team hosted and participated in The Southern Lakes Conference Tournament on Wednesday, April 5.
The Westosha team members who received medals are:
- Tori Salerno received a 2nd place medal in Demonstration.
- Emily Jones received a 3rd place medal in Four Minute.
- Madison LeRoy and Haley Gorsuch were 4th place finalists in Group Interpretation.
- Emily Houtz, Alex Kelly, and Grace Jahnke received a 3rd place medal in Group Interpretation.
- Veronica Bursek-Krekling and Vanessa Tym were conference champions in Group Interpretation.
- Teegan Coomans was a finalist in Moments in History.
- Jennifer Young was conference champion in Moments in History.
- Michelle Belmont was a finalist in Oratory.
- Lina Mack and Carina Rook were finalists in Play Acting.
- Madison DeBoer was a finalist in Poetry.
- John Filiatreault was a finalist in Public Address.
- Elise Wember received a 2nd place medal in Public Address,.
- Will Cushman received a 3rd place medal in Radio.
- Jordan Dahlberg was a finalist in Solo Serious.
- Sally Windler was conference champion in Special Occasion.
- Maria Grenyo received a 2nd place medal in Storytelling.
Team members are currently preparing to compete at State in Madison on April 22nd.
