Westosha Central HS Choralfest is March 18

music notes-sxc-Robert Proksa_optThe Westosha Central High School Choralfest, under the direction of Rob Clark, will take place on Saturday, March 18, at 6 p.m. in the CHS cafetorium at 24617 75th Street in Paddock Lake.

The program will feature the CHS Choraliers, Concert Choir and Central Swing Inc. Choralfest will also feature choirs from Bristol, Brighton, Paris and Salem Grade Schools. There should be over 300 vocalists combining their talents to share a wonderful evening full of vocal music.

The event will include performance of Rain Music, arranged by Laura Farnell; More I Cannot Wish You from the musical  “Guys and Dolls”; Hallelujah, from the movie “Shrek” and Power of a Song,  words and music by  Roslyn K Sieh. Recent solo and ensemble state qualifiers will be featured throughout the event.

Entrance to Choralfest is free and open to the public.  Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item which will be donated to the Sharing Center in Trevor.
