At about 7:38 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Department units and Twin Lakes Police officers are responding for an investigation in the 1700 block of Wilmot Avenue in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: Smoke being reported outside an apartment building. Might be from a vehicle doing burnouts.
UPDATE 7:42 p.m. — Police officer reports no sign of smoke coming from buildings, but he may have located a vehicle whose driver was “lighting up the tires.”
