Local municipalities have set official trick or treating hours for the 2016 Halloween celebration.
First up this year is Wheatland, which set its official hours as 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 30.
Most municipalities that set hours chose from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31 as the official trick or treat hours. This includes Bristol, Salem, Paddock Lake, Twin Lakes and Randall.
Silver Lake announced their hours as 5-8 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 31. (Note: Corrected per minutes of Oct. 5 Village Board meeting).
