At about 12:58 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue, Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue and Newport Fire Department units are responding to a report of a fire on I-94.
Per dispatch: Vehicle is on the shoulder of the southbound lanes near Highway 165 and reportedly is “fully engulfed,” in flames.
UPDATE 1:02 p.m. — Dispatch advises responding units that another reports says the scene may be closer to the state line.
