At about 5:55 p.m., Town of Salem Fire/Rescue units are responding for an investigation in the 11100 block of 308th Avenue in Wilmot.
Per dispatch: A caller has reported smoke coming from some woods.
UPDATE 5:58 p.m. — Deputy on scene says smoke may have been the result of a lightning strike from earlier.
