Man dies in crash in Randall

A Twin Lakes man died in a crash in Randall Saturday evening.

From a media release from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department:

On Saturday evening, July 9th, 2016, at approximately 1947 hours (7:47 p.m.), Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Randall Fire, Salem Fire and Rescue and Silver Lake Rescue responded to a single occupant motorcycle crash which occurred in the 31600 block of CTH F/ Bassett Rd. in Kenosha County. John E. Leisen, 68 years of age, of Twin Lakes, WI, was identified as the driver and sole occupant of a custom 1965 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Leisen had been traveling west on CTH F, failed to negotiate the curve just west of CTH FR /312th Avenue and struck a WEPCO pole on the north side of the roadway.  Leisen was not wearing a helmet.  The cause of the accident is under investigation.
