At about 6:50 a.m., Town of Salem Fire/Rescue units are responding for a report of trees on fire in the 6100 block of Highway 75 in Salem.
Per dispatch: Fire was reported by a passerby. Should be on east side of Highway 75 south of Highway k (60th Street).
UPDATE 6:54 a.m. — Fire unit on the scene reports fire is in a brush pile in a well-cut field. No hazard.
