At about 2:22 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Department units and a Twin Lakes Police officers are responding to a report of a boat in distress on Lake Mary in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: Caller reported a rowboat with five people calling for help. Caller was at a Waldeck Drive address.
UPDATE 2:28 p.m. — Police officer reports locating a rowboat, but with a single person fishing and not apparently in distress.
UPDATE 2:31 p.m. — Police officer has located boat. Occupants appear to be OK.
UPDATE 2:32 p.m. — Police officers says occupants say they were just yelling to each other and to others on shore, not for help.
