Kay Goergen honored for service to Kenosha County Board of adjustment

Former Kenosha County  Board of Adjustment Chairman Kay Goergen was recently honored for her long service.

Goergen was presented with a plague inscribed with “in recognition of 17 year of loyal and dedicated service” by Ben Fiebelkorn, Senior Land Use Planner for Kenosha County Public Works & Development Services, Division of Planning Operations.

Kay was elected chairman in 2011 and served in that capacity until retiring in December 2015.

The Board of Adjustments is responsible for issuing Zoning Variances and Temporary Use Permits for Kenosha County.
