UPDATE 2:48 p.m. — Just received a automated call from We Energies that estimates correction of Paddock Lake are outage by 4 p.m. This outage part of one that is affecting 1,603 customers and is centered south of Burlington. Reader Jennifer Storms-Hoffmann reports power out at Wheatland Estates.
