The Wilmot Union High School ProStart team took second place Tuesday at the Wisconsin ProStart Invitational Culinary Competition.
Teams have an hour to complete an appetizer, entree and dessert. They are judged on knife cuts, safety and sanitation, teamwork and communication, and presentation and taste of the dishes.
Jennifer Jacobson is the ProStart Instructor/Advisor. Team members are: Lauren Brendel, Morgan Dehn, Jessica Hemmi, Mallory Ostrander and Madison Scott.
