Salem Grade School hosted the Girl Scout of Southwest Kenosha Annual Easter Basket/Food drive on Feb. 26.
All the items were donated by Girl Scout Troops. There were girls who came out and filled over 270 baskets. They also collected boxes of food donations. They were all taken to the Sharing Center in Trevor.
Leaders, scouts & family members in the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast – West service area: thank you for donating a total of 270 baskets, and 404 pounds of additional food!! The Easter Baskets brighten the pantry so much, and everyone smiles when they round the corner and see all those pretty packages. There will be many happy children Easter morning because of you.
WE THANK YOU!
