Randall School conducted its annual Geography Bee on Thursday, Jan. 14.  Ten finalists from grades 4-8 competed.

The Randall winner of the 2015-16 competition is Trevor Spencer, a seventh grader.  The second place finisher was Arianna Karow, also a 7th grader, and third place was a tie between 5th graders Oland Hodges and Bradley Becker.

Scott Bies served as Bee Master.

The school bee, where students answered questions on geography, was the first round in the 28th annual National Geographic Bee. Thousands of schools around the United States and in the five U.S. territories are participating in the 2016 Bee. The school champions, including Trevor, will now take a written test. Up to 100 of the top scorers on that test, in each state, will then be eligible to compete in the Wisconsin State Bee on April 1.
