Wheatland Center School 4 and 5 Year Old Kindergarten Pre-Registration for the 2016 –17 school year will take place Feb 1-March 11.

Students currently enrolled at Wheatland do not have to pre-register.
Kindergarten School Readiness (formerly called 4K/5K screener) appointments will be assigned when you register and then information packets will be mailed.
To be eligible for the 4K program, students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2016.
Students who wish to attend 5K must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2016.
Sign up for the 4 year old Kindergarten AM and PM classes will be done by a lottery system. AM/PM preference will be noted during pre-registration.
Kids Club (before/after school program) will be available during 2016-17 school year.
4 and 5 Year Old Kindergarten School Readiness will take place on March 14 & 15. Students who are currently enrolled at WCS do not have to attend.
Copy of child’s birth certificate, iImmunization record , health examination, dental and/or eye exam forms (if complete) should be brought to School Readiness Appointment. For proof of residency, document from each of the two categories below is required:
- Category I (One of the following documents which shows proper address): Real estate tax bill, mortgage papers, signed lease or sales agreement.
- Category II (One of the following documents which shows proper address): Drivers license, residence insurance papers, State of Wisconsin ID Card, gas or electric bill, voter registration, auto registration, or public aid card.
