Report from the road: Stopped train blocking crossings along Canadian National tracks

At 3:35 p.m., we received a report from the road that a train is blocking 264th Avenue and points south.

This tipster says you can get across taking 104th Street.

I heard that the train blocked crossings until around 4:30pm. Wondering what happened to cause the train to stop.
