Spring Election 2016: Uncontested school board elections

Several local school boards will see uncontested races in the April 5 election:

Brighton School — Jodie Brown is running unopposed for the School Board Treasurer position. Incumbent Mark Salerno is not running for re-election.

District of Westosha/Central High School — Area A – Township of Brighton, Charlene Brandes (Incumbent), Area B – Village of Bristol, Steven Richter (Incumbent), Area C – Town of Salem (Vacant Position), Karen Shoopman.

Paris School — Incumbents Dennis Hrupka and Deanna Krumm are running unopposed.

Randall School — Incumbent Kelly James-Piccolo is running unopposed.

Salem School —  Incumbents Nick Pauloni and Lisa Hinze along with former board member Steve Brown will be on the ballot. Top two vote getters will have three-year seats. The other seat is a two-year term.

Trevor-Wilmot School — Eric Themanson will run for the one open seat. Incumbent Cole Marshall is not running for re-election.

Wheatland Center School — Incumbents Christopher Serak, and Mary Ochoa-Petersen will run unopposed.
