At about 7:17 p.m., Paris Fire and Rescue units are responding for a crash in the 1300 block of I-94 southbound.
UPDATE 7:19 p.m. — Deputy reports that crash involves a pickup truck that appears to have hit the median wall and come to rest facing the wrong way. Scene at Highway 142.
UPDATE 7:22 p.m. — State patrol dispatch reports another vehicle may be involved.
