NAMI-Kenosha to host class series on caring for or living with someone with mental illness

National Alliance on Mental Illness-Kenosha is offering a free 12-week class for family members who are caring for or living with someone with mental illness.

Attendees can gain incredible new insight on mental illness including education, awareness, new tools and problem solving skills as well as how to be an advocate for their loved ones with mental illness.

Classes will be held on Tuesday nights from 6:30 until 9 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Kenosha County Center (Highway 50 and Highway 45 ) starting  Jan. 12.
  • Kenosha County Job Center (8600 Sheridan Road) starts Feb. 2.
