A flood warning for the Fox River has been pulled by the National Weather Service.

The Fox River peaked at about 10.58 feet early Christmas Day, as measured at the New Munster gauge.. Flood stage is 11 feet.

This is the second time in the last two weeks that the Fox has been expected to flood but not quite made it. That’s a Christmas bonus for people affected by flooding, I’d say.
