The National Weather Service has now issued a winter storm warning for our area in regards to the expected snow coming Friday night and Saturday.
The warning is in effect from 9 a.m. Friday to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The snow forecast for Western Kenosha County are a little heavier than last time we checked in, with 5 to 9 inches now possible. Snow is most likely to begin falling at about 9 p.m. Friday and continue until about 11 a.m. Saturday.
Looking a bit ahead, the high temperature for Thanksgiving Day is currently forecast for near 50.
