Andrew Obregon, 32, of Bristol, made his first appearance in court back in Wisconsin Wednesday after his return from Illinois Tuesday.
Obregon is facing 28 felony charges in connection with the homicide of Tywon Anderson, 37, of Kenosha and Obregon’s eluding law enforcement for almost two weeks, according to Circuit Court records. Among the charges are first degree intentional homicide. He also is facing numerous traffic offenses.
Bond for Obregon was set at $5 million by a court commissioner Wednesday.
Obregon is next scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 20.
