The Brat Stop and Country Inn and Suites in Kenosha just west of I-94 will host its annual Halloween Trick or Treat Event for Special Needs Children and Adults Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 3 to 8 p.m. The event is a Halloween celebration for children and adults with special needs and their families. Participants can dress up in their favorite costume and then trick or treat in a safe, accessible environment at the Brat Stop’s Parkway Chateau. Area businesses and organizations sponsor fun stations for the trick or treaters. Participants will be able to enjoy great snacks, have candy to take home, play games and win prizes. There also will be face painting, balloon making and more.
