At about 12:10 p.m., Town of Salem Fire/Rescue units and a sheriff’s deputy are responding for a crash on Highway JB (I did not catch the specific block).
Per dispatch: Single vehicle crash. Vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole with wires down.
UPDATE 12:14 p.m. — Fire unit on the scene reports that a transformer is down; driver is out of the vehicle, conscious and on their feet.
UPDATE 12:32 p.m. — We Energies crew on the scene.
