Units responding for alarm in Twin Lakes

At about 8:42 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Department units are responding to a carbon monoxide alarm at an apartment in the 100 block of Strickland Avenue in Twin Lakes.

UPDATE 8:48 p.m. — Per dispatch: When fire department units arrived on scene they smelled smoke. Randall Fire Department, Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Richmond Fire Department units now responding for mutual aid for a possible structure fire at this location. Twin Lakes Police officer also on scene. Occupants being evacuated.

UPDATE 8:58 p.m. — Per dispatch: Randall and Wheatland told to stand down from response. Units on scene starting to return to quarters.
