The Central High School Community Band will present a summer concert on Wednesday, July 29 at 6 p.m.
The concert will take place outside, at the back of Central High School. Please bring lawn chairs and blankets. The performance will include music from movies such as Disney’s The Lion King, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Star Wars, and Jurassic Park.
This is the sixth year for the CHS Community Band and is the largest so far at 50 participants. The band is comprised of inbound freshman through seniors and also includes a few CHS alumni from the past few years. It is open to any area high school students; participants are not required to be CHS students.
This is event is free and open to the public. In the case of inclement weather the event will be held in the school.
