Units responding for smoking van in Wheatland

At about 12:28 p.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue units along with sheriff’s deputies are responding for a report of a van with smoke coming from it in the 8000 block of 352nd Avenue in Wheatland.

UPDATE 12:31 p.m. — Deputy on scene reports that smoke was from a brake fire and that the fire is now out.
