At about 10:19 a.m., Kenosha County Dive Team members are responding to a possible aircraft related water incident in Lake Michigan off Somers.
Per dispatch: A caller reported observing what looked like an aircraft landing in the water about one mile out. No first responders on scene have spotted plane.
UPDATE 10:25 p.m. — Per dispatch: Kenosha Fire Department incident command is going to clear the scene. Landing was a confirmed touch and go.
