Jill and Matt Gillmore were named 2015 Bristol Outstanding Citizens Friday evening.
The announcement came at the annual Bristol Progress Days banquet at the Parkway Chateau.
The nomination info read at the banquet by master of ceremonies Todd Becker praised the couple for their work in their church, 4-H and raising money for causes such as March of Dimes. After purchasing Matt’s parents’ Bristol farm, the couple now carry on the tradtion of the Oakvue Farm live nativity each Christmas season.
