Caregiver Coalition offering stress workshop July 22

Are you reaching your limit or just wanting to find ways to reduce stress so you do not get burned out? The Kenosha County Caregiver Coalition is offering this workshop to help family/friend caregivers identify signs and sources of stress, learn stress reducing activities, and develop an action plan.

The workshop will be held at Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd., Pleasant Prairie, on Wednesday, July 22, from Time: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Speakers will be Ashley Bardwell, Long-Term Care Specialist at the Kenosha County Aging & Disability Resource Center, and Connie Covey, BSW, Kenosha Area Family & Aging Services, Inc.
