The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says an exit ramp from I-94 in Racine County, closed since March, should reopen this week.
From a media release:
During the early morning hours of July 3, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is scheduled to reopen the I-94 East (southbound) exit ramp to WIS 20 in Racine County. This ramp is scheduled to be open in time for the Friday morning commute. The new exit ramp will still have adjacent construction activities while the bridge over WIS 20 is being built. Motorists are urged to be patient and anticipate some traffic delays during peak hours. The ramp has been closed since late March for crews to rebuild a portion of the ramp, as part of the WIS 20 Interchange Reconstruction project.
