The Westosha Kiwanis Club held its third annual Tom Paddock Memorial Golf Outing Saturday at Bristol Oaks Country Club in Bristol.
Proceeds raised benefit Kiwanis Club of Westosha-Salem and Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin.
This year’s Make-A-Wish beneficiary is Kennedy Hohmeier, who will be receiving a boat so she can again enjoy getting out on the water with her family, instead of being stuck on the shore.
Here Kennedy’s mother, Jennifer Bezotte, tells the golf outing audience a little about Kennedy and her wish:
Before the dinner portion of the outing, the club had a ball drop. Golfers were able to by a ball with a number. Then those balls are dropped over a hole and the closet to the pin wins. This year’s ball drop used the Bristol Fire and Rescue quint ladder. Here’s the video:
While this was the third year of the Paddock Memorial, it is the 13th year for this golf outing as a benefit for Make-A-Wish.
