Deputy responding for loose dog along Highway JI

At about 9:35 a.m., a sheriff’s deputy is responding to a report of a loose dog in the 8800 block of Highway JI.

UPDATE 9:50 p.m. — Deputy not locating animal. Bystanders he has asked also have not seen the dog.

UPDATE 9:54 p.m. — Deputy reports highway worker saw dog.
