At about 9:06 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Fire and Rescue and Randall Fire Department units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a crash at Highway F and 320th Avenue in Randall.
Per dispatch: Crash involves a single vehicle rolled over and still on its roof. Caller told dispatch that driver was out of vehicle and talking.
