Until sunrise burns off the fog, visibility could be a quarter mile or less in foggy areas.
Otherwise, showers are likely and a thunderstorm possible between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. After that, a lesser chance of showers or thunderstorms remains until 4 p.m. The temperature should reach a high of 68 in the late afternoon-early evening.
