UPDATE 2:02 p.m. — Karen reports that all crossings south of the Highway SA/AH crossing appear to be blocked.
UPDATE 4 p.m. — Report from the field says all crossings are open now.
UPDATE 4:43 p.m. — Patrick Waldron, a Canadian National Railway spokesman, said there was a mechanical problem with one of the cars on the train that was stopped. Crews then worked to resolve the problem before getting the train moving again.
