Powerful Tools for Caregivers series set for May in Bristol

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week educational series designed to provide caregivers with the tools they need to take care of themselves. This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings better, balance their lives, increase their ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. Classes will be held at the Westosha Community Center, 19200 93rd Street (Highway C), Bristol, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, every Thursday from May 7 to June 11. A suggested donation of $10 is asked to help cover the cost of materials.
