Voters in the Salem School District appear to have returned some familair faces to the board.
As of 8:44 p.m., with all polls reporting, results have incumbent Jack Niccolai 492 (35%) and former board member Shane C. Gerber 425 (30%) winning the two at large seats. Rounding out the polling were Robert Spencer 369 (26%) and 128 write-in votes, many presumably for Parisa Watson, a current appointed board member who was waging a write-in campaign to retain a seat on the board.

All I can say is all the people that voted in Silver Lake, really show up to the Village board meetings, , So you speak your part, when these people raise your taxes, and turn us over to Salem.
@Janet: I’ve never seen you at a village board meeting. I look forward to your input. Thank you.
