Randall School will have 15 students who will have their works published in the 2014-2015 Southern Lakes Anthology.
The theme this year was EXPRESSIONS. Students, grades 4 through 8 were eligible to submit works in any of the 5 genres: Prose, Poetry, Illustrated Writing, Cartoon, or Art. Each school is allowed to submit 24 pieces for consideration.
In addition, Randall’s Carson Doty’s art work was selected as one of two top pieces in all the art collection. In addition to being in the book, it will be featured on the back cover of the book.
The 15 students from Randall will be recognized at a reception at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on May 20. In addition, the Randall Vocal Music Excel group has been selected to perform at this reception.
