For children who will be 4 or 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2015 and plan to attend Lakewood School, Twin Lakes, 4-year or 5-year-old kindergarten program, please call Jodi Tamminga at 877-2148 ext. #162 or email to tamminga@twinlakes.k12.wi.us to pre-register during regular school hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration forms will be mailed to you with your screening time and date.
Kindergarten screening will be held on Friday, May 8 for both 4 and 5 year old Kindergarten. You will receive a letter in late April with a designated time to bring your child in for a vision/hearing and academic testing. A birth certificate or copy of a birth certificate will be required to be registered.
