Kenosha Community Health Center, Inc. Health Fair will be held at Wheatland Center School on Saturday, Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All free services offered that day include:
- Medical screenings such as blood pressure, BMI and flu vaccines.
- Dental screenings.
- Behavioral health activities such as healthy eating tips, relaxation sessions and smoking cessation.
- Vision screenings.
There also will be healthcare marketplace enrollment. If interested, bring proof of date of borth, Social Security number, household income, email log-in information, healthcare.gov log-in information.
There also will be family activities and door prizes.
Wheatland Center School is located at 6606 368th Ave. (Highway O), Wheatland.
