Part-time Officer Kevin Klahs recently retired from the Twin Lakes Police Department after 15 years. On Monday, TLPD Chief Dale Racer presented Klahs with a plaque of appreciation. Klahs just recently also retired as police chief in Lindenhurst, Ill. and took a newly created position with Lindenhurst as the Director of Public Safety overseeing the PD and Department of Public Works.
