Paddock Lake is seeking participants for its second annual Lighted Holiday Parade on Saturday, Dec. 20.
The 2014 theme is Frozen (decorating to the theme is not required but encouraged).
The village welcomes entries of all sizes, shapes, forms and categories. A traveling trophy will be awarded for “most creative” entry. An “ugly Christmas sweater” award also will be given out.
The parade starts at 4 p.m., with lineup at 3:30 p.m. The parade will start at McAlonan Park on 248th Avenue and head north to 61st Street, then east to 236th Avenue and then north to Village Hall. Santa will be in the parade. Pictures with Santa and a tree lighting will take place at Village Hall after the parade.
