Salem voters had the chance in today’s election to weigh-in on whether ATVs should be allowed to use designated routes on roadways in the town.
The referendum is non-binding.
At 8:51, with one of two polls reporting incomplete results: No 904 to Yes 614.
The need to hand count paper ballots that were cast at Salem Town Hall after 4 p.m. may be slowing results from that polling place.
