Veterans Day Breakfast & Observance at Wilmot Union High School will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Breakfast will be at 7:45 a.m. in the commons with a 9 a.m. assembly in Veteran’s Memorial Field House.
All community veterans and family members are invited. RSVP to Marlene Tilsner at 862-2351, ext. 265 or tilsnerm@wilmoths.k12.wi.us. Indicate your name and number of guests attending breakfast.
Veterans interested in staying later in the day to discuss their experiences with students on a smaller scale should make their availability known to Marlene Tilsner as well.
Also, at 6:30 p.m. in the Lance Hass Auditorium, a viewing of Honor Flight will take place. This is a free viewing, but donations will be accepted. All proceeds will go to the Honor Flight program.
