Public program on heroin to be held at Wilmot UHS on Oct. 21

A presentation on  the dangers of heroin will take place at Wilmot Union High School,  Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Titled “I can’t believe I didn’t know. Waking up from a parent’s worst nightmare,” the program will be an informative presentation by Kenosha County geared towards parents and kids to learn about what heroin has been doing to our kids and families in SE Wisconsin. There will be multiple presenters, including a parent who lost a child to a heroin overdose..

The program will be held in the Lance G. Haas Auditorium and there is no cost to attend.
