St. John’s Lutheran Church in Slades Corners is hosting a Free Family Fun Festival from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 at the church in downtown Slades Corners.
Activities to include:
- Jumping castle.
- Face painting.
- Horseshoes.
- Kid’s games.
- Baggo.
There also will be free hot dogs, drinks and root beer floats.
Those in attendance can also help feed the needy in the community. How? Play Bingo. Three non-perishable food items = 1 bingo card. Five non-perishable food items = 3 bingo cards. Prizes donated by area businesses..
All proceeds go to helping others in the community.
