At about 5:17 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire Department units and Twin Lakes Police offices are responding to a report of a wire arcing in the 600 block of Vincent Road in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: Caller reported seeing smoke too.
UPDATE 5:20 p.m. — Police officer on the scene reports no arcing currently, but perhaps signs that it was.
