The Kenosha County ADRC and the UW-Madison have received a grant to run a program called Lighten UP! in the community to increase well-being and quality of life for Kenosha, Rock and Brown County residents.
There will be a Lighten UP! class at the Salem Library starting Oct. 2.
This pilot study that looks at ways to help you:
- Enjoy happy experiences.
- Find things that get in the way of feeling happy.
- Use new tools to help you feel better.
- Get to know new people.
- Enjoy life’s journey.
