The Wheatland Town Board on Monday recognized Boy Scout Robert Ehr for his work at the town’s Koch Park.

Ehr refurbished picnic tables at the park’s pavilion and created a sign for the park. He performed the work as part of his pursuit of Eagle Scout rank.

Koch Park is located at 36203 52nd St.

Boy Scouts seeking the rank of Eagle, Scouting’s highest, have to perform a community service project as part of the process.
